The pictures shown here were "found" all over the internet during a ten year period. They are not my own. I also do not have the time to research their origins. My goal is to preserve the pictures, because many sites that posted them have already gone offline. If you feel that you are the rightfull owner of a picture, then please let me know by sending me an email. We can then decide to delete the picture from this site, or to link back to your site.

You are welcome to send me your comments and questions about this website, or maybe even send me your seventies pictures for publication here !!! But please check the Frequently Asked Questions below, to see if you can already find an answer there. I get a lot of mails from this page, and I can't always find the time to answer them all.
Q: What is that groovy seventies font on your site, and where can I get it?
A: The font is called "Bell Bottom Laser", named after the infamous seventies trousers. You can download it for free from Dafont.com. They have a lot more seventies fonts here.
Q: Do you sell any of the items on your website?
A: No, unfortunately not. This is not a webshop, so you will have to find them yourself.
Q: Can I have your permission to use the pictures on your website for publication?
A: I do not own the copyrights of any of the pictures shown here, so you can not use them in any commercial work. If your purpose is to use them in non-commercial work, then you can use them at your own risk. (Please also read the disclaimer.)
Q: Why don't you have more information about the pictures, like name, designer, and year of design?
A: This website originally started as an inspirational resource for me and my friends. Over time I did not record any information about the pictures. So the pictures are provided as is.
Q: Some of the items are not from the seventies at all. So why show them here?
A: This is true. "Seventies design" is a concept that is not meant to be taken in such a strict context. Books about this subject also show items from the late sixties, or early eighties. By "seventies design" we mean a certain style, which is often round in form, colourfull, and wild by idea.
