Goodys

I was actually looking for the website of a certain clothing store and just guessed at the website and ended up at www.goodys.com

This is a perfect example for the misuse of flash and mystery navigation. It took quite a while before I even came close to figuring out what this site is about (not clothes). I find it so bad, I wanted to send a comment to the webmaster - but their site is under re-construction......

Which brings me to a whole new idea -maybe we could add a whole new forum "Killersites that really Kill" or something, since "Websites that suck" is already taken...

Yahoo Shopping!

Yahoo Shopping doesn't always have the absolute lowest prices around (we found cheaper prices at Shopzilla), but it edges the competition on just about every other metric we could think of: design, ease of navigation, trustworthiness, new features. With the new send to phone option, you can have price comparisons sent via text message to your cell phone. If you're on your way out to a store, get price data sent to you first, in a matter of seconds. Hooray for yahoo!

Very technical explanations and with very poor graphics, some downloads available, but no interactive simulations.
