Bid–Alot.com is an adequate online auction service offering the typical selection of auction categories like, antiques, collectables and music. They do not offer an adult or over 18 section and maintain they are a family friendly auction site like ebay does. The listing fees are free.A unique feature to Bid–Alot.com is the user blogs. Members can create blogs posting messages about latest sales, newest items or just rant about their day. This gives Bid–Alot.com a personal and community feel.We found Bid–Alot.com’s largest downfall to be their help section.

ePier’s simple, yet descriptive navigation and category options make it easy to buy, sell and search. All ePier registration and listing is free. However, there is a fee if you complete a sale.Users can create their own storefront to showcase items they are selling. They can also connect their ePier account to their My Space account for extra exposure. Unfortunately, ePier does not have as many user options as some of the higher ranked services like eBay.
